The ingredients for 1 serving
- 65 g spelt or whole wheat pasta
- 1 heaped tbs homemade red pesto
- 100 g green beans
- 1 red paprika
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g ham
- handful argula
- 50 g feta cheese
What you do:
- Clean the beans and cut off the ends and cut them in bite-sized pieces. Cook them along with the pasta for about 8 till 10 minutes till both are done.
- In the meantime, cut the vegetables and ham and mix through the pasta along with the pesto when it's drained and done. Add the arugula when the pasta has cooled off en finish by crumbling over some feta cheese.
- Keep in your refrigerator or eat straight away.
