English recipe:
Duration: 20 minutes
The ingredients for 1 serving:
- 75g brown basmati rice
- Half zucchini
- 1 white onion
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red paprika
- 1/2 can of tuna in water
- 20 g feta cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 ts coconut oil
What you do:
- Cook the rice as directed on the package.
- Cut the onion and zucchini into cubes and fry with salt and pepper in coconut oil. One minute before the end, add the sliced paprika, cherry tomatoes and tuna. Mix with the rice, feta cheese and juice of half lemon and serve.

Nederlands recept - Tonijn Rijst Salade:
Tijd: 20 minuten
De ingrediƫnten voor 1 portie:
- 75 g bruine basmati rijst
- 1/2 courgette
- 1 witte ui
- 4 cherry tomaatjes
- 1 rode paprika
- 1/2 blikje tonijn in water
- 20 g feta kaas
- 1/2 citroen
- Peper & Zout
- 1 tl kokosolie
Bereiding:
- Kook de rijst zoals aangegeven op de verpakking.
- Snijd de ui en courgette in blokjes en bak met peper en zout in de kokosolie. Voeg 1 minuut voor het einde de in stukjes gesneden paprika, cherry tomaatjes en tonijn toe. Meng met de rijst, feta kaas en sap van 1/2 citroen en serveer.
