The recipe for 1 person:
The ingredients
- 75 g mixed (mesclun) lettuce
- 1 or 1/2 avocado
- 1 sweet paprika
- 1/2 can tuna
- 2 small pickles
- 1/4 cucumber
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbs toasted pine nuts
- Dressing: 2 ts mayonnaise, 1 ts extra virgin olive oil, 1 ts white wine vinegar & bit of pepper.
What you do:
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and drizzle over the salad when you're ready to eat.
- Cut all the vegetables in bite-sized pieces and mix with the lettuce and tuna. Sprinkle over the pine nuts and serve with the dressing.
