The ingredients for the salmon wrap:
- 50 gr smoked salmon
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 4-5 cucumber slices
- Handful arugula
- 1-2 tbs cottage cheese
- Pepper
Just smear the cottage cheese on the wrap and season with some pepper. Put the cucumber slices and arugula on it followed by the salmon and wrap it up!
The ingredients for the chicken wrap:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 2 slices chicken breast
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 egg
- Handful corn salad
- 1 tbs organic mayonnaise
Just smear the mayonnaise on the wrap followed by the salad. Put the slices of chicken on top, cut the cherry tomatoes in four and sprinkle over. Slice the egg, put it on and wrap it up!
