I've been really interested in living healthy lately, so this sounds delicious! This recipe actually has a few ingredients that naturally contain coenzyme q10, which helps destroy free radicals and treat certain diseases. I just recently found out that you can actually take a coenzyme q10 supplement daily to boost cellular energy production.
